Name Tags. Employees are required to wear their name tags as provided by the Employer, at all times while present at the facilities.
Name Tags. Name tags of clerks shall not include the last names but may include the initial of the last name.
Name Tags. The Employer retains the right to require bargaining unit employees to wear individual name tags during working hours. Such name tags shall be provided by the Employer.
Name Tags. Name tags and picture ID’s are provided by the Hotel and per brand standard must be worn at all times. One replacement will be provided at no cost if a name tag is lost. Additional lost name tags will be replaced at employee’s expense. Damaged name tags will be replaced at no cost.
Name Tags. Employees shall wear photo ID name tags with their first name, initial if relevant, position, and Port Jervis Free Library.

Name Tags. All personnel, regardless of whether they are Firefighters, Fire Officers or laterally recruited personnel are to wear "Instructor" plus name on their name tags except personnel appointed as Senior Instructor who will wear "Senior Instructor" plus their name on the name tag.
Name Tags. The employer will provide an option for employees to identify their preferred pronoun on their uniform.
Name Tags. All Employees shall wear name tags to the standard required by the Employer. At commencement of employment the Employer shall provide three Name Tags to the Employee at no cost to the Employee. The Employer shall replace further name tags on a fair wear and tear basis or for accidental loss, however the Employer reserves the right to recover $6.50 per name tag from the Employee for further name tags, should it be that due care had not been undertaken by the Employee.
