Common use of Name or Address Changes Clause in Contracts

Name or Address Changes. It is your responsibility to notify the Credit Union upon a change of address or change of name. The Credit Union is only required to attempt to communicate with you only at the most recent address you have provided to the Credit Union. The Credit Union will accept notices of a change in address and any other notice from you to the Credit Union if provided in writing or in person, to the Credit Union. If the Credit Union attempts to locate you, the Credit Union may impose a Returned Statement fee as set forth on the Rate and Fee Schedule. Notice of Amendments. Except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law, the terms of this Agreement are subject to change at any time. The Credit Union will notify you of any changes in account terms, rates, or fees as required by law. The Credit Union reserves the right to waive any term in this Agreement. Any such waiver shall not affect the Credit Union's right to enforce any right in the future.
