Name or Address Change. Borrower shall not change its name or address except upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Bank and delivery to Bank of any items reasonably requested by Bank to access to Borrower’s books and records.

The Credit Union is only required to attempt to communicate with you at the most recent address you have provided to the Credit Union.
