  • NAME/PURPOSE The name of this cooperative service program is the Snohomish County Detention Center Educational Program (hereinafter referred to as "Program"). The general purpose of the cooperative is to provide educational programs for children and youth confined in Snohomish County juvenile detention center as authorized by RCW 28A.310.180 and/or other applicable laws. This Agreement supersedes any Agreement prior to September 1, 2022, between the NWESD and the district which is signatory to this Agreement for the operation of a juvenile detention center education program.

  • Name of Agreement 1.2.1 This Agreement shall be called the Primary Principals’ Collective Agreement and referred to as “PPCA” or “the Agreement”.

  • Summer School SUCCESS employees are not eligible for this provision. Employees engaged in teaching summer school shall be granted two summer school days of absence in a single term for either sick leave or emergency leave, or a combination of both, non-accumulative.

  • COMPANY NAME The Members may change the name of the Company or operate under different names, provided a majority of the Members agree and the name complies with Section 00-00-000 of the Act.

  • AUTHORIZED SIGNERS Pursuant to this Limited Power of Attorney, individuals holding the titles of Officer, Blue Sky Manager or Senior Blue Sky Administrator at the Administrator shall have authority to act on behalf of the Funds with respect to items 1 and 2 above. The execution of this limited power of attorney shall be deemed coupled with an interest and shall be revocable only upon receipt by the Administrator of such termination of authority.
