Common use of Name of Building Clause in Contracts

Name of Building. Section 35.01. The Building may be known as or by such name as Landlord, in its sole discretion, may elect, and Landlord shall have the right from time to time to change such designation or name without Tenant's consent.

Name of Building. Section 35.0125.01. Landlord shall have the full right at any time and from time to time, to name and change the name of the Building and to change the designated address of the Building, so long as such name does not include Tenant’s name without Tenant’s consent. The Building may be known as named after any person, firm, or by otherwise, whether or not such name as Landlordis, in its sole discretionor resembles, may elect, and Landlord shall have the right from time to time to change such designation or name without Tenant's consentof a tenant of the Building.

The Building may be known as or by such name as Landlord, in its sole discretion, may electdetermine, and Landlord shall have the right right, at any time and from time to time time, to change such designation or the name and/or the address of the Building without Tenant's consent.
