N otices. (a) Unless otherwise expressly specified or permitted by the terms hereof, all notices will be in writing and will be delivered, telecopied (which telecopy will be followed by notice mailed by certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested or delivered) or mailed by certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested to the address specified for a party under Section 13.03(a) of the Indenture, or at such other address as will be designated by a party in a written notice to the other parties.
