Myocardial Infarction (First Heart Attack Of Specific Severity). The first occurrence of heart attack or myocardial infarction, which means the death of a portion of the heart muscle as a result of inadequate blood supply to the relevant area. The diagnosis for myocardial infarction should be evidenced by all of the following criteria: • A history of typical clinical symptoms consistent with the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (for e.g. Typical chest pain) • New characteristic electrocardiogram changes • Elevation of infarction specific enzymes, troponins or other specific biochemical markers. The following are excluded: • Other acute coronary syndromes • Any type of angina pectoris • A rise in cardiac biomarkers or troponin t or i in absence of overt ischemic heart disease or following an intra-arterial cardiac procedure.

  • Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention and Control (a) The Hospital in consultation with the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) shall develop, establish and put into effect, musculoskeletal prevention and control measures, procedures, practices and training for the health and safety of employees.

  • Human Leukocyte Antigen Testing This plan covers human leukocyte antigen testing for A, B, and DR antigens once per member per lifetime to establish a member’s bone marrow transplantation donor suitability in accordance with R.I. General Law §27-20-36. The testing must be performed in a facility that is: • accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks or its successors; and • licensed under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act as it may be amended from time to time. At the time of testing, the person being tested must complete and sign an informed consent form that also authorizes the results of the test to be used for participation in the National Marrow Donor program.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.
