Mutual Exchanges. Employees who wish to change status (i.e. part-time or full-time) shall file a letter of preference with Human Resources.
Mutual Exchanges. Once the work staffing schedule is posted, requests by Employees for exchanges in the schedule must be submitted in writing, co-signed by the Employee agreeing to the exchange. Such requests shall be considered, subject to the Manager’s or designate approval, to change scheduled shifts with each other, so long as all shifts are covered. Mutual Exchanges. 6.5 If you are a secure tenant, you have the right to swap your home (called an 'exchange') with another tenant of the Council, a housing association, or another council. If you are an introductory tenant, you have no right to exchange your home.

As a Secure Tenant you have a right to exchange but approval will be subject to the following: ● Both parties having a clear rent account ● Satisfactory inspections of your home ● The home you wish to move to is appropriate to meet your needs in size and type We will give a written decision of your request to exchange with another tenant within 42 days of receiving your application. You must get written permission from us and the other landlord, if you are exchanging with another council or Registered Social Landlord, before the exchange can take place. This is unless we do not reply to your request for an exchange within the stated 42 days. Only Secure Tenants have the Right to Exchange.

Running a Business from home: Your tenancy agreement states that your home is for residential purposes only. However, there may be occasions when we will consider allowing you to run a business from home. If you want to do this you must apply to us for written permission first. Each case is considered on its merit and we will only refuse if there are reasonable grounds to do so.
