Mutual Exchange. Employees shall be allowed the trading of days off or of shifts with another employee of their own classification subject to the approval of the immediate supervisor. Such mutual exchange shall be in writing and shall not require the Employer to pay overtime rates of pay or other premium pay set out elsewhere in this agreement.
