Mutual Commitment. The Employer and the Union are committed to a safe return to work program that addresses the needs of those able to return to work. Return to work programs will recognize the specific needs of each individual employee who participates. Employer creation of a return to work program is voluntary. Consultation Return to work programs will be part of an Approved Rehabilitation Plan under the Long-Term Disability Plan.
