Music Video. It is a violation of policy to download or access via the City’s network any music, audio, or video content unless it is directly related to the City’s lawful business activities and the user’s job duties.  Copyrighted material: It is a violation of policy to intentionally retrieve, view, store, or distribute material in violation of U.S. Copyright laws, including music, video, graphics, and software or data.
Music Video. The Licensee may use the New Song in synchronization with one (1) audiovisual work no longer than six (6) minutes in length (a “Music Video”). The Music Video may be broadcast on any television network and/or uploaded to the internet for digital streaming and/or free download by the public including but not limited to on YouTube and/or Vevo. Producer grants no other synchronization rights to Licensee;
Music Video. Only music appropriate to the character of the building will be allowed. Complete information must be submitted with your application including: musician description, contact information, and equipment list. Access to power is limited. Musicians will have access to three (3) 15-AMP circuits. Caterers: Confetti’s (904.354.0080) and Nature’s Table (904.355.3200) are located in the building and can provide excellent breakfast, lunch or light appetizer choices for your event. Event hosts may use caterers and other vendors of their choice unless The Café is used as the venue. If The Café area is used for the event, some portion of the catering must be purchased from Nature’s Table. Note: There are no kitchen facilities available for outside caterers. Deliveries & Set up: Caterers and other vendors should be advised to use the loading dock entrance located at the corner of Forsyth & Pearl Streets. Please provide a complete list of vendors to insure access. Security in the loading dock is unable to accept any deliveries. A representative must be present when deliveries are made. Pedestrian access which is served by an escalator will not be used for deliveries. Decorations: Event decorations must be pre-approved. All decorations must be removed immediately after the event. Management will not be responsible for any decorations left after the event. Parking: Please contact Xxxx Xxxxxx, our Parking Concierge (904.545.0999) for parking information. Refunds: Security deposits will be returned within 30 days of the event. Any event cancellation less than 48 hours prior will result in a forfeiture of the Security deposit. If Amkin West Bay LLC must cancel your event due to unforseen circumstances, all deposits and fees will be refunded. Cancellation of Events: 48 hours event cancellation is required. Any cancelled event after this time will be charged a cancellation fee. Reservations will not be secured until ½ deposit fee is received by Property Management.   • PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE The Resident hereby grants Humber and University of Guelph-Humber, and all those acting on its authorized behalf, the permission to publish and/or display in various Humber and University of Guelph-Humber publications, websites and promotional materials, images of the Resident, for the purposes of promoting the College and/or University, the Residence and Student Success and Engagement. If the Resident does not wish to grant the right to publish their person, the Resident must advise the Residence Office prior to moving in by sending an email to the appropriate Residence Office.

  • Film Children shall be restricted from viewing age-restricted films classified according to the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification. Hirers should ensure that they have the appropriate copyright licences for film.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.

  • Television The fringe rate for Pension, Health, Holiday Pay, and Vacation Pay (except as provided in Article 8.03, below) shall be a total of the following percentage points during the following periods:

  • Broadcast Rights The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee broadcasting rights up to 2 Radio Stations.

  • Images If applicable, the CONSULTANT is prohibited from capturing on any visual medium images of any property, logo, student, or employee of the DISTRICT, or any image that represents the DISTRICT without express written consent from the DISTRICT.
