Music Systems. The use of stereo equipment, televisions and musical instruments shall be subject to and must be used in accordance with the Association Governance Documents. All residents shall take all reasonable precautions to lower noise transference between Units and to abide by the rules of the Association and any noise reduction ordinance of the City of Flagstaff.
