MUNICIPAL PROPERTY. .1 The Property Manager shall be responsible to maintain all municipal property, which may extend from the legal property boundaries to the adjacent curbs, lanes, streets, etc. Maintenance shall be in accordance with generally acceptable standards or applicable local municipal bylaws.
