Multiple Grievances. The Parties may, by mutual agreement, refer a group of grievances, related or unrelated, to be heard pursuant to this Clause 8.06 by a single arbitrator.
Multiple Grievances. Multiple grievances may be presented at an arbitration hearing by mutual agreement of the parties.
Multiple Grievances. No more than one grievance shall be placed before an arbitrator at any one hearing and in no instance shall there be multiple (2 or more) grievances heard by any arbitrator unless it is mutually agreed to waive this provision.

Upon mutual consent of Unit #47 and the Hospital in writing, two or more current separate grievances otherwise subject to this agreement may be consolidated and processed before one arbitrator, provided however, that such procedure shall be subject to all the provisions of this article.

Multiple Grievances. If there should be an accumulation of grievances to be referred to arbitration, then one sole arbitrator may be constituted to deal with all such grievances provided the parties specifically agree to such procedure in writing.

The Ministry of Health and Social Services and the Federation, acting on behalf of its affiliated associations, may agree that one or more grievances filed locally are provincial in scope and may, accordingly, refer them to joint arbitration. The parties shall agree on the appointment of an arbitrator, in accordance with the procedure set out in Article 18.10. The parties may also agree to use the mediation procedure set out in Article 18.24 et seq. below in order to conduct a single mediation. The decision arising from such arbitration or mediation shall be binding on all the establishments concerned as well as the designated associations and the residents members of these associations, provided the said associations have given notice of their agreement in that regard in writing prior to the adoption of the aforementioned decision.
Multiple Grievances. The parties may consolidate more than one grievance through this process. In that case the parties may select more than one date to address mediation and preliminary legal issues, in the circumstances
Multiple Grievances. Grievances may be submitted at Step 2 when a grievance directly affects employees in more than one location. In processing such grievance, all specified time limits shall be observed.
Multiple Grievances. Multiple grievances over the same issue may be initiated as either a group grievance or as separate grievances at any time during the time limits of Step 1. Grievances may be combined and decided as a single grievance at the later steps of the grievance. When identical grievances are combined, the Departments‘s decision is binding in all cases.
