Multiple Awards. City may award more than one contract by awarding separate items or groups of items to various proposers. Awards will be made for items, or combinations of items, which result in the lowest aggregate price and/or best meet the City’s requirements. The additional administrative costs associated with awarding more than one Contract will be considered in the determination.
Multiple Awards. The Government may accept any item or group of items of an offer, unless the offeror qualifies the offer by specific limitations. Unless otherwise provided in the Schedule, offers may not be submitted for quantities less than those specified. The Government reserves the right to make an award on any item for a quantity less than the quantity offered, at the unit prices offered, unless the offeror specifies otherwise in the offer.
Multiple Awards. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if, after considering the additional administrative costs, it is in the Government’s best interest to do so. (See provision 52.215-1.)
Multiple Awards. Timely receipt of goods is of the essence. To mitigate risk, City may award more than one contract by awarding items or groups of items to various bidders. The potential additional delivery risk associated with awarding only one Contract, as well as additional administrative costs associated with awarding more than one Contract, will be considered in the determination.
Multiple Awards. OETC reserves the right to elect, in its sole discretion, to make multiple awards. The number of awards shall be based on the anticipated member need and service, and awardees will be selected based upon the point totals awarded through the proposal scoring process. This notice of multiple awards does not preclude OETC from awarding a single Contract.
Multiple Awards. The Government does not intend to make multiple awards. The Government intends to issue one contract to a single offeror from this solicitation.
Multiple Awards. Multiple awards may be issued as a result of the solicitation. Multiple Awards will ensure that any ensuing Master Agreements fulfill current and future requirements of the diverse and large number of Participating Public Agencies. The City of Kansas City, MO reserves the right to award the contract locally and/or nationally in the aggregate, by section, multiple award, primary, secondary, and tertiary, whichever is in the best interest of the City of Kansas City, MO and Participating Public Agencies as a result of this solicitation. Evaluation of Proposals Proposals will be evaluated by the Lead Public Agency in accordance with, and subject to, the relevant statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations that govern its procurement practices. U.S. Communities Advisory Board members and other Participating Public Agencies will assist the Lead Public Agency in evaluating proposals. The Supplier(s) whose response(s) affirmatively meets the requirements of this Request for Proposal and provides the best overall value will be eligible for a contract award. U.S. Communities reserves the right to make available or not make available Master Agreements awarded by a Lead Public Agency to Participating Public Agencies.
Multiple Awards. The City has a large number and variety of potential customer departments. In order to assure that any ensuing Contracts will allow the City to fulfill current and future requirements, the City reserves the right to award Contracts to multiple companies. The actual utilization of any Contract will be at the sole discretion of the City. The fact that the City may make multiple awards should be taken into consideration by each Offeror.
Multiple Awards. As detailed in Section M, award will be made to the Offeror(s) whose offer(s) are determined to represent the best value to the Government:
Multiple Awards. The Department of Game and Fish is requesting multiple vendors to be included on the Price Agreement as there are multiple license authorizations and they cannot all be sold at one venue due to the timing of events and dates that can be legally hunted per Department rule. Bidders are not required to bid on each item. The Department requests that multiple vendors be awarded for EACH item below so that the license authorizations can be sold in the event that one or more vendors are unavailable.
