Multiple Awards. City may award more than one contract by awarding separate items or groups of items to various proposers. Awards will be made for items, or combinations of items, which result in the lowest aggregate price and/or best meet the City’s requirements. The additional administrative costs associated with awarding more than one Contract will be considered in the determination.

Multiple Awards. The Government may accept any item or group of items of an offer, unless the offeror qualifies the offer by specific limitations. Unless otherwise provided in the Schedule, offers may not be submitted for quantities less than those specified. The Government reserves the right to make an award on any item for a quantity less than the quantity offered, at the unit prices offered, unless the offeror specifies otherwise in the offer.
Multiple Awards. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if, after considering the additional administrative costs, it is in the Government’s best interest to do so. (See provision 52.215-1.)

U.S. Communities Advisory Board members and other Participating Public Agencies will assist the Lead Public Agency in evaluating proposals. The Supplier(s) whose response(s) affirmatively meets the requirements of this Request for Proposal and provides the best overall value will be eligible for a contract award. U.S. Communities reserves the right to make available or not make available Master Agreements awarded by a Lead Public Agency to Participating Public Agencies.

Multiple Awards. The City has a large number and variety of potential customer departments. In order to assure that any ensuing Contracts will allow the City to fulfill current and future requirements, the City reserves the right to award Contracts to multiple companies. The actual utilization of any Contract will be at the sole discretion of the City. The fact that the City may make multiple awards should be taken into consideration by each Offeror.
