Multiple Agency. The liability to pay commission plus VAT shall be in effect during the Term and thereafter, regard- less of the number of other agents instructed by the Client and their terms and conditions of agency. The rate of commission plus VAT will be as set out in the RIDF.

Sub Instruction Spartan Property reserves the right to sub-instruct other agencies at any time during our agency if we consider that this would be in your best interests. Multiple Agency. 3.10 If we are appointed as multiple agents, this means you are free to enter into separate agreements for the sale of the Property with more than one agent.
