Multilateral environmental agreements. 1. The Parties recognize the value of international environmental governance and agreements as a response of the international community to global or regional environmental problems and they commit to consulting and cooperating as appropriate with respect to negotiations on trade-related environmental issues of mutual interest. 2. The Parties shall comply with their obligations under the multilateral environmental agreements to which both Parties are parties. 3. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent a Party from adopting measures to comply with the multilateral environmental agreements to which that Party is a party, provided those measures are not applied in a discriminatory and arbitrary manner and do not constitute an unjustifiable barrier to trade.

  • ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTATION Each environmental service provided by the Engineer shall have a deliverable. Deliverables shall summarize the methods used for the environmental services, and shall summarize the results achieved. The summary of results shall be sufficiently detailed to provide satisfactory basis for thorough review by the State, The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and (where applicable) agencies with regulatory oversight. All deliverables shall meet regulatory requirements for legal sufficiency, and shall adhere to the requirements for reports enumerated in the State’s NEPA MOU.

  • D4 Environmental Requirements D4.1 The Contractor shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the Authority’s environmental principles, which are to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances, minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.

  • D5 Environmental Requirements D5.1 The Contractor shall in the performance of the Contract have due regard to the Authority’s Environmental, Sustainable Procurement and Ethical Procurement policy statements and in addition, shall assist the Authority in achieving the Sustainable Development in Government targets (“SDIG”). Pursuant to Section 2271.001, Texas Government Code:

  • Assignment Amendments Waiver and Contract Complete 8.1 The Contractor may neither assign nor transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior consent of the Authority and a fully executed Assignment Agreement, executed and approved by the same parties who executed and approved this Agreement, or their successors in office. Any attempted assignment without said consent shall be void and of no effect. The Authority may assign or otherwise transfer or dispose of all or a portion of this Agreement in its sole discretion and without the consent of the Contractor. The Contractor shall execute all consents reasonably required to facilitate such assignment or other transfer.

  • Collective Agreements There are no collective agreements affecting your terms and conditions of employment.

  • Project Agreements Provided that where the company commences work on a project where a site agreement exists to which the company is contractually obligated or where a site agreement exists between the union and the client or their agent that provides for higher rates of pay and conditions, the conditions contained in any such site agreement will take precedence over this Agreement for the duration of the project.

  • PUBLIC CONTRACTS WITH NATURAL PERSONS 24-76.5-101, et seq., C.R.S. Contractor, if a natural person eighteen (18) years of age or older, hereby swears and affirms under penalty of perjury that Contractor (i) is a citizen or otherwise lawfully present in the United States pursuant to federal law, (ii) shall comply with the provisions of §§24-76.5-101, et seq., C.R.S., and (iii) has produced one form of identification required by §24-76.5-103, C.R.S. prior to the Effective Date of this Contract.

  • Off-Site Environmental Impacts Nothing in this Article will be construed to make Company liable in any way for any environmental impacts or release of Hazardous Substances affecting the Company Premises that occurs by reason of the migration or flow to the Company Premises from verifiable or documented off-site environmental impacts that is not attributable to Company’s activities at the Company Premises.
