Multi-Country Packaging Requirements. If Client decides to have Patheon perform Manufacturing Services for the Product for countries outside the Territory, then Client will inform Patheon of the packaging requirements for each new country and Patheon will prepare a quotation for consideration by Client of any additional costs for Components (other than Client-Supplied Components) and the change over fees for the Product destined for each new country. The agreed additional packaging requirements and related packaging costs and change over fees will be set out in a written amendment to this Agreement.
Multi-Country Packaging Requirements. If and when Santarus decides that it wishes to have Patheon manufacture the Finished Product for countries in addition to the Territory, then Santarus shall inform Patheon of the packaging requirements for each new country and Patheon shall prepare a quotation for consideration by Santarus of the additional Raw Material costs, if any, and the Price for the Finished Product destined for such new country. The agreed additional packaging requirements and related packaging costs and Price shall be set out in a written amendment to this Agreement or otherwise recorded in a writing signed by the Parties.

If Indivior decides to have Patheon perform Manufacturing Services for the Product for countries outside the Territory, then Indivior will inform Patheon of the packaging requirements for each new country and Patheon will prepare a quotation for consideration by Indivior of any additional costs for Components (other than Indivior-Supplied Components) and the change-over fees for the Product destined for each new country. The agreed additional packaging requirements and related packaging costs and change over fees will be set out in a written amendment to this Agreement that is signed by both parties.
Multi-Country Packaging Requirements. If and when Sepracor decides that it wishes to have Patheon manufacture the Product for a New Jurisdiction, then Sepracor shall inform the Patheon Administrator of the packaging needs for each New Jurisdiction and the Patheon Administrator shall prepare a quotation for consideration by Sepracor of the additional Component costs, if any, and the change over fees for the Product destined for such New Jurisdiction. The agreed additional packaging requirements and related packaging costs and change over fees shall be set out in a written amendment to this Agreement.

If and when Client decides that it wishes to have Halo provide Manufacturing Services in respect of Product for countries in addition to those countries that then comprise the Territory, Client shall inform Halo of the Packaging requirements for each additional country and Halo shall prepare a quotation for consideration by Client of the relevant Packaging Fee and any revised Component costs and changeover fees for Product destined for each additional country. The agreed additional Packaging requirements and related Packaging Fee, costs and changeover fees shall be set out in a written amendment to this Agreement as contemplated by Section 14.2.
