MTC AGREES. A. MTC agrees to provide AGENCY with RM1, RM2 and/or AB 1171 funds, as applicable, within the allocation amounts in Attachment C, MTC Resolution(s) Approving Project Request and as restated in the relevant Supplement for the purpose of funding the Project as described in Attachment A. The entire funding amount is available for reimbursement based on the schedule included in Attachment E, Reimbursement Schedule, to the applicable Supplement. In addition, if applicable, MTC agrees to support AGENCY’s allocation request from the State according to the Allocation Request Schedule provided in Attachment F to the applicable Supplement. In the event AGENCY does not use all RM1, RM2 and/or AB 1171 funds, as applicable, made available in a given fiscal year, those unused amounts will be available for reimbursement in subsequent year(s) for the duration of this Agreement.

  • Registration of Contractor All contractors and subcontractors must comply with the requirements of Labor Code Section 1771.1(a), pertaining to registration of contractors pursuant to Section 1725.5. Bids cannot be accepted from unregistered contractors except as provided in Section 1771.1. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. After award of the contract, Contractor and each Subcontractor shall furnish electronic payroll records directly to the Labor Commissioner in the manner specified in Labor Code Section 1771.4.

  • Registration Rights Agreement The Company and the Initial Shareholders have entered into a registration rights agreement (the “Registration Rights Agreement”) substantially in the form annexed as an exhibit to the Registration Statement, whereby the parties will be entitled to certain registration rights with respect to their securities, as set forth in such Registration Rights Agreement and described more fully in the Registration Statement.

  • Registration of Contractors Contractor and all subcontractors must comply with the requirements of labor code section 1771.1(a), pertaining to registration of contractors pursuant to section 1725.5. Registration and all related requirements of those sections must be maintained throughout the performance of the Contract.

  • Provide Data in Compliance with Applicable Laws LEA shall provide Student Data for the purposes of obtaining the Services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local privacy laws, rules, and regulations, all as may be amended from time to time.

  • Registration of Physical Location Required For each phone number that you use for the Service, you must register with VoicePro the physical location where you are using a Device with the Service with that phone number. Each time you move the Device to another location, you must register that new location. If you do not register that new location, any call you make using the 911 Dialing feature may be sent to an emergency center near the previously registered address. You will register your initial location of use when you subscribe to the Service. Thereafter, you may register a new location by following the instructions from the “911″ registration link on the VoicePro web account dashboard features page if applicable. For purposes of the 911 Dialing feature, you may only register one location at a time for each phone line you use for a Device with the Service.

  • Bulk Registration Data Access to Icann Periodic Access to Thin Registration Data. In order to verify and ensure the operational stability of Registry Services as well as to facilitate compliance checks on accredited registrars, Registry Operator will provide ICANN on a weekly basis (the day to be designated by ICANN) with up-to-date Registration Data as specified below. Data will include data committed as of 00:00:00 UTC on the day previous to the one designated for retrieval by ICANN.

  • Purpose and extent of the Grant 3.1 The Recipient may not use the Grant for any activities other than the Purpose, or as approved in writing by the Commissioner. Further details of the Purpose of the Grant are as defined in Schedule 1 (the “Project”).

  • Right to Refuse to Cross Picket Lines All employees covered by this Agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a picket line arising out of a dispute as defined in the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia. Any employee failing to report for duty shall be considered to be absent without pay. Failure to cross a picket line encountered in carrying out the Employer's business shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.

  • Registration of Agreement The registration of License agreements should be done within 30 days of signing of agreement, the licensee/ lessee (registration fees, stamp duty etc to be fully borne by the licensee/lessee) and the duly registered documents to be submitted to Maha-Metro for records. Any amendment in the contract agreement, if required to be registered, shall also be registered within 30 days from the date of amendment and duly registered documents shall be submitted to Maha-Metro for record. In case the registration of the license/lease agreement /amendment is not done within the 30 days of signing of license/lease agreement/ amendment, it shall be treated as “Material Breach of Contract”. The Licensee will be given 30 days time to cure the defaults In case Licensee fail to remedify the default to the satisfaction of the Maha-Metro within the cure period, Maha-Metro may terminate the License agreement after expiry of cure period duly forfeiting the security deposit/ any other amount paid by Licensee.

  • Provide Data In Compliance With FERPA School Unit shall provide data for the purposes of the Service Agreement in compliance with FERPA, COPPA, PPRA, IDEA, MSIPA, and MUSER and all other Maine privacy statutes and regulations referenced or identified in this DPA.
