MSP Premiums. The Company will pay the full cost of premiums on behalf of its employees to the M.S.P. of British Columbia, the M.S.A. Extended Health Benefits Plan, the Group Insurance Plan and the Dental Plan.

MSP Premiums. The Company agrees to pay 100% of B.C. MSP premiums when an employee has completed the sixty (60) working day probation period. In order to qualify for this benefit, the employee must complete all necessary application forms provided by the Company. Employees who do not wish receipt of this benefit are required to sign a waiver as provided by the Company declaring the intention to decline the benefit. Employees who have declined MSP can accept the benefit by completing an MSP application form.

  • Shift Premiums (a) Evening/Night Premium Employees working an evening or night shift where the major portion of hours worked fall within the hours of 1500 and 0800 hours, shall be paid at their regular hourly rate plus a shift premium of $2.10 ($2.75 effective July 1, 2015) per hour for all hours worked.

  • Insurance Premiums Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all premiums for the insurance coverage required to be maintained pursuant to Article 9.

  • Weekend Premiums An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of two dollars ($2.00) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday.

  • Premiums The premiums for insurance policies required pursuant to this Article must be paid as a common expense by the Owners' Association.

  • Overtime Premiums All time worked before or after the regularly established working day shall be considered overtime and be paid for at one hundred and fifty (150%) percent of the employee's pro- rated hourly rate for the first two (2) hours and double the employee's regular hourly rate for each hour worked thereafter.

  • Benefit Premiums The Employer shall continue to pay its portion of insured benefit premiums, provided employees continue to pay their portion, as follows:

  • OUR CHARGES 6.1 We charge a brokerage fee for our services (the “Fee”). Unless otherwise agreed and where we are not acting as principal, the Fee will be levied in accordance with our rates in effect at the time the Fees are incurred or as otherwise notified to you, verbally or in writing prior to dealing. User charges that may be imposed by the competent charging authorities or bodies of each Party on the airlines of the other Party shall be just, reasonable, not unjustly discriminatory, and equitably apportioned among categories of users. In any event, any such user charges shall be assessed on the airlines of the other Party on terms not less favorable than the most favorable terms available to any other airline at the time the charges are assessed.
