Common use of Mrs Clause in Contracts

Mrs. wife of Mr. , aged about years, holding PAN : -------------------, Adhaar No. ----------------, by Occupation , by Nationality – Indian, by Faith - -------------, both presently residing at ------------------------------------, P. S. , hereinafter, jointly, called and referred to as the ‘ALLOTTEE’ (which term and expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the context to be deemed to include their heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assign etc.) of the FOURTH PART". The Developer, Vendor & Allottee shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as the ‘Parties’ and individually as a ‘Party’.
