Mowing and Edging. HOA property shall be mowed one (1) time every seven (7) days during the active growing season (March 1 – October 31) and as needed during the dormant seasons (November 1 to February 28) unless specifically noted elsewhere in this scope of work. Mowing that occurs during the active growing season must be done on the same day(s) of each week. If Contractor is unable to complete the mowing on the designated day of the week, the Contractor must notify Manager of said complication and provide the day in which the mowing will be made up. During extended rainy or dry periods, mowing will take place as conditions dictate. Clippings shall not be caught and removed from lawn area unless they are lying in swaths, which may damage the lawn. Mowing height will be based on what is horticultural correct for the turf variety as recommended by the University of Florida and considering the season: • Saint Augustine Floritam 4” • Bahia 3-5”. • Zoysia 2-3” • Bermuda - Should be cut 2 times per week during the active growing season using a reel mower in place of a rotary mower and Contractor should mix in vertical mowing and core aerations to the turf as needed.

Mowing and Edging. The Contractor is responsible for keeping turf grass areas in a healthy uniform standard at all times. Damaged areas, bare spots and dormant turf must be over-seeded promptly and lightly top-dressed with a mulch to retain moisture for germination. Seed and mulch varieties must be approved by the Supervisor prior to application. Post-germination spot fertilizing may be necessary over and above the regular fertilizer program. Contractor will furnish all seed, mulch and fertilizer necessary to maintain complete turf cover. The Contractor shall be responsible for mowing and edging all turf grass areas. The turf grass shall be mowed to maintain a height of no more than two (2) inches or less than ¾ inch. No more than 1/3 of inch turf height to be cut during one day’s mowing. Mowing shall normally occur once a week during the growing season to maintain the proper height. In the event that a scheduled mowing is missed due to inclement weather or other unavoidable situation, the Supervisor may require the Contractor to mow twice in one week. This request will be made at the discretion of the Supervisor based on plant health requirements. All turf grass shall be edged along sidewalks, paved and hard surface areas as necessary to prevent an overgrowth. Edging shall not be done by chemical methods, unless an approved growth retardant is utilized. The Contractor shall be required to pick up and dispose of grass clippings after each mowing operation at all locations. Sidewalks and street areas are to be cleaned free of clippings after each mowing.
Mowing and Edging. Lawn shall be mowed to a minimum height of two inches. Mowing shall be done at least every seven days during the spring and fall seasons, and as needed at other seasons. Remove and dispose of all cuttings off-site. The Contractor shall replace and/or reseed all bare spots or weak areas as necessary. The Contractor shall notify the Owner or Owner's Representative where any excessive wear is occurring due to foot traffic, vandalism or any other problem resulting in damaged turf area. Edges shall be trimmed at least twice monthly or as needed for appearance. Clipping shall either be vacuumed or blown off all areas and disposed of off site. Chemical edging by owner approval only and is discouraged. The Contractor shall maintain all irrigation heads to provide maximum coverage. All sidewalks shall be cleaned of grass cuttings, etc. on the same day as mowing.

All light poles and gates to be edged and trimmed. • Boneyard mowing will be performed on an as-needed basis.
Mowing and Edging. Mowing and edging shall include medians as well as those areas, if existing, along the outside edge of the sidewalks of adjacent properties. All turf shall be mowed with mulching type mower equipment to eliminate the need to bag and transport grass clippings. Should bagging be necessary, the bagged clippings shall be collected and removed at no additional cost. Grass shall be cut at a height of three and one half inches (3 ½”). The frequency of cutting will be weekly or fifty-two (52) times. Mechanical edging of the turf shall be done with each mowing along all sidewalk edges, back of concrete curbs, around all planting beds, utility service boxes, street light bases, sign posts, headwalls, guardrails, timer pedestals, posts, and trees. Metal blade edging is not permitted along back of curbing. Grass root runners extending into the mulched areas shall be cut and removed when the edging is performed. Edging will also be required in all turf areas around isolated trees, sprinkler heads, valve boxes, shrubs, sign posts, manholes, etc. where they exist. All debris on streets, sidewalks or other areas resulting from edging shall be removed. No herbicide shall be used for edging. All sidewalks, curbing and/or gutters shall be cleaned after each service. All sidewalks shall be blown clean, but no clippings or other debris shall be blown or allowed to be deposited on other adjacent property or accumulate on right-of-way areas.
Mowing and Edging. 1. Bermuda lawn areas shall be mowed generally to a height of 2”-3” commensurate with the health and overall vitality of the turf with respect to seasonality. Excessive grass clippings are to be removed from turf areas. No grass clippings or windrowing is to be visible upon completion of mowing.

  • Internal Accounting and Disclosure Controls The Company and each of its Subsidiaries maintains internal control over financial reporting (as such term is defined in Rule 13a-15(f) under the 0000 Xxx) that is effective to provide reasonable assurance regarding the reliability of financial reporting and the preparation of financial statements for external purposes in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, including that (i) transactions are executed in accordance with management’s general or specific authorizations, (ii) transactions are recorded as necessary to permit preparation of financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles and to maintain asset and liability accountability, (iii) access to assets or incurrence of liabilities is permitted only in accordance with management’s general or specific authorization and (iv) the recorded accountability for assets and liabilities is compared with the existing assets and liabilities at reasonable intervals and appropriate action is taken with respect to any difference. The Company maintains disclosure controls and procedures (as such term is defined in Rule 13a-15(e) under the 0000 Xxx) that are effective in ensuring that information required to be disclosed by the Company in the reports that it files or submits under the 1934 Act is recorded, processed, summarized and reported, within the time periods specified in the rules and forms of the SEC, including, without limitation, controls and procedures designed to ensure that information required to be disclosed by the Company in the reports that it files or submits under the 1934 Act is accumulated and communicated to the Company’s management, including its principal executive officer or officers and its principal financial officer or officers, as appropriate, to allow timely decisions regarding required disclosure. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has received any notice or correspondence from any accountant or other Person relating to any potential material weakness or significant deficiency in any part of the internal controls over financial reporting of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Monitoring and Reporting 3.1 The Contractor shall provide workforce monitoring data as detailed in paragraph 3.2 of this Schedule 8. A template for data collected in paragraphs 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 will be provided by the Authority. Completed templates for the Contractor and each Sub-contractor will be submitted by the Contractor with the Diversity and Equality Delivery Plan within six (6) Months of the Commencement Date and annually thereafter. Contractors are required to provide workforce monitoring data for the workforce involved in delivery of the Contract. Data relating to the wider Contractor workforce and wider Sub-contractors workforce would however be well received by the Authority. Contractors and any Sub-contractors are required to submit percentage figures only in response to paragraphs 3.2(a), 3.2(b) and 3.2(c).

The Company and its subsidiaries have established, maintained and periodically evaluate the effectiveness of “disclosure controls and procedures” (as defined in Rules 13a-15 of the 1934 Act Regulation and 15d-15 under the 1934 Act); such disclosure controls and procedures are designed to ensure that information required to be disclosed by the Company in the reports that it will be required to file or submit under the 1934 Act is recorded, processed, summarized and reported, within the time periods specified in the Commission’s rules and forms, and is accumulated and communicated to the Company’s management, including its principal executive officer or officers and principal financial officer or officers, as appropriate, to allow timely decisions regarding disclosure. The Company’s independent public accountants and the audit committee of the Company’s board of directors have been advised of all material weaknesses, if any, and significant deficiencies (as defined in Rule 1-02 of Regulation S-X of the Commission), if any, in the Company’s internal control over financial reporting and of all fraud, if any, whether or not material, involving management or other employees who have a role in the Company’s internal control over financial reporting, in each case that occurred or existed, or was first detected at any time during the three most recent fiscal years covered by the Company’s audited financial statements included in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus or at any time subsequent thereto.

  • Marketing and Promotion The School will be responsible for marketing and promoting the Sports Facilities in accordance with the agreed aims and targets. A marketing strategy will be prepared and implemented and reviewed on an annual basis.
