Moving Household. An employee is entitled to all reasonable expenses associated with moving his or her household to a new location if, in the opinion of the Commissioner, the transfer is necessary to enable the employee to take up alternative employment.
Moving Household. 7.1 If an employee who would otherwise have been declared excess is redeployed and such redeployment requires a movement of his or her household to a new locality, the employee is entitled to all reasonable expenses associated with that move on the same basis which would apply if the employee were being promoted.
Moving Household. 4.12.1 Where a Staff Member succeeds in securing further employment in AIMS, and is required to move house in order to take up the appointment, the Staff Member will be eligible for the same conditions as would apply had the Staff Member been transferred to that position.

Where it is necessary as a result of assignment or reduction in classification for an excess employee to move the employee’s household to a new locality, the employee will be entitled to reasonable expenses. Involuntary Termination after Unsuccessful Reassignment F29. The employment of excess employees who have not been reassigned at the end of the redeployment period may have their employment terminated without their consent. Termination of employment will take effect at the end of the redeployment period, including any extension of the redeployment period consistent with the paragraph above.
Moving Household. Relocation expenses: Where it is necessary as a result of assignment or reduction in classification for an excess employee to move the employee’s household to a new locality, the employee will be entitled to reasonable expenses as if the employee were being promoted.
Moving Household. Where the University considers it necessary, having regard to the relevant circumstances, for an employee to move his/her household to a new location to take up employment in a new position, the employee shall be reimbursed for all expenses the University considers reasonable that are directly related to that move.
Moving Household. An excess employee required to move the employee's household to a new locality as a result of transfer or reduction in classification will be entitled to reasonable expenses.
Moving Household. Where an officer secures further employment in CSIRO, and is required to move house in order to take up the appointment, the officer will be eligible for the same conditions as would apply had the officer been promoted to that position.
