Moving Costs. Eligible moving costs are those incurred for packing, unpacking, transporting, and insuring personal and household goods.

If Tenant has elected to use up to $5,000.00 of Landlord’s Allowance for Moving Costs and such funds are available out of Landlord’s Allowance, then the payment of such portion of Landlord’s Allowance for the Moving Costs shall be made by Landlord within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s receipt of written request from Tenant, together with reasonable supporting documentation of such Moving Costs; provided that such funds have not already been advanced or allocated as part of the Landlord’s Allowance for the Tenant Improvements.

The Company acknowledges that, as of the date of this Agreement, the Executive is in the process of moving his primary resident from Sparta, NJ to the Jacksonville, FL area in anticipation of the Company’s planned expansion in Jacksonville, The Company will pay the costs, for the Executive’s travel and the cost of transporting the Executive, , furniture, household effects, and vehicles, to the area in which the Company will be headquartered.
Moving Costs. The Company shall reimburse the Executive (i) for the cost of all reasonable moving expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with his move to Chicago, subject to the presentation of satisfactory documentation in accordance with the Company's relocation policy, and (ii) for any income tax liability incurred by the Executive in any calender year as a result of the reimbursement provided for in subclause (i) hereof and this subclause (ii). The amount of the tax gross-up provided for in subclause (ii) shall be calculated by the accountants to the Company in the same manner as set forth in Section (3)(b) hereof. The reimbursement payment provided for in this Section (4) shall be made to the Executive within 30 days of the presentation of satisfactory documentation.
Moving Costs. 37.06 If the assignment is permanent, the Company shall reimburse submitted receipts for costs related to moving dependents, furniture, and effects. The Company shall designate the moving company, which moving firm shall be a national, reputable company. The Company will pay for insuring items, but packing/unpacking costs, or any other discretionary services will be at the FCMs own expense.
