MOVEMENT WITHIN THE RANGE. Affected employees below the top step of the salary range shall be considered for salary adjustment on an annual basis and may receive an adjustment of up to three (3) steps within a year. The Police Chief shall have the authority to grant step increases. Adjustments for affected employees in the classification of Police Officer shall be made effective on the anniversary of the employee’s date of hire, except for the initial step increase which shall be made at six months of service if the employee's job performance at the six month period is satisfactory. Adjustments for affected employees in the classifications of Police Detective, Police Sergeant, and Police Lieutenant shall be made effective on the anniversary date of the employee's promotion. The Police Chief shall have the authority to grant salary adjustments more than once annually only to the extent that an employee not exceeds an increase of three steps within a one year period. Salary increases within the salary range shall be based upon satisfactory job performance. The standard adjustment for satisfactory job performance shall be two steps. In no instance will a step increase be granted unless an employee has demonstrated satisfactory performance in at least one of the employee's last two evaluations.

The provisions of this paragraph shall not affect the right of any person to appeal a reduction in pay to the City Manager, or his/her designee, and present evidence as to why the reduction in pay should not occur. The decision of the City Manager or his/her designee shall be final.

  • Collocation Transfer of Responsibility Collocation Transfer of Responsibility is the transfer of a Collocation site from vacating CLEC (current CLEC leasing the space in the Premises) to an assuming CLEC. Collocation Transfer of Responsibility is available for Caged Physical Collocation, Cageless Physical Collocation, and Virtual Collocation. All other types of Collocation to be transferred will be handled on an Individual Case Basis (ICB). There are two (2) types of Collocation Transfer of Responsibility: 1)

  • Physical Distancing 1. The District shall limit occupancy of bathrooms, elevators, locker rooms, staff rooms, offices, warehouses, and conference rooms, and any other shared work or school spaces to provide no less than six (6) feet of distancing. Adjacent bathroom stalls may be used. The District shall post signs with occupancy limits conspicuously at the entrance to each room.

  • TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES PROVIDED FOR RESALE 38.1. At the request of CLEC, and pursuant to the requirements of the Act, and FCC and Commission Rules and Regulations, Embarq shall make available to CLEC for resale Telecommunications Services that Embarq currently provides or may provide hereafter at retail to subscribers who are not Telecommunications Carriers. Such resale may be as allowed by the FCC and Commission. The Telecommunications Services provided by Embarq to CLEC pursuant to this Part D are collectively referred to as "Local Resale." To the extent that this Part describes services which Embarq shall make available to CLEC for resale pursuant to this Agreement, this list of services is neither all inclusive nor exclusive.
