MOVEMENT OF PERSONNEL. 3 6.1 As used in this Article, seniority shall be defined as length of continuous 4 employment from the nurse's last date of hire or transfer to a position as a nurse 5 covered by this Agreement. If a bargaining unit nurse accepts a non-bargaining 6 unit position with the Employer and subsequently returns to the bargaining unit, 7 previous bargaining unit seniority shall be restored (bridged) and seniority accrual shall resume.
