Motor Vehicle License. The Town will conduct periodic motor vehicle license checks for all members to verify that each member of the bargaining unit required to operate a motor vehicle has an active drivers’ license, so long as such checks do not conflict with DOT regulations. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to notify the Director of Public Works within 24 hours if at any time his or her license is suspended, revoked, or otherwise prevents him or her from driving.
