Motor Carrier Safety. The Recipient agrees that railroad signal employees and their employers must comply with the hours of service requirements of 49 U.S.C. § 21104, see 49 U.S.C. § 21104(e), and FRA’s hours of service regulation, specifically 49 C.F.R. part 228, and Section 31 of this Master Agreement does not apply to railroad signal employees concerning hours of service.

  • Fire Safety 9.5.1 Residents found in violation of the following fire safety stipulations not only put themselves at risk but also jeopardizes the safety of the entire community.
