Most-favoured-nation Treatment. 1. Each Party shall accord to investors of the other Party treatment no less favourable than that it accords, in like circumstances, to investors of any third State with respect to the establishment, acquisition, expansion, management, conduct, operation, and sale or other disposition of investments in its territory. 2. Each Party shall accord to investments of investors of the other Party treatment no less favourable than that it accords, in like circumstances, to investments in its territory of investors of any third State with respect to the establishment, acquisition, expansion, management, conduct, operation, and sale or other disposition of investments (13). 3. Notwithstanding paragraphs 1 and 2, the Parties reserve the right to adopt or maintain any measure that accords differential treatment: (a) to socially or economically disadvantaged minorities and ethnic groups (14); or (b) involving cultural industries related to the production of books, magazines, periodical publications, or printed or electronic newspapers and music scores. 4. The treatment and protection as mentioned in paragraphs 1 to 2 of this Article shall not include any preferential treament accorded by the other Party to investments of investors of any third State based on free trade agreement, free trade zone, custom union, economic union, or agreement relating to avoidance of double taxation or for facilitating frontier trade.
Most-favoured-nation Treatment. 1. Each Party shall accord to investors of the other Party treatment no less favourable than that it accords, in like circumstances, to investors of a non-Party with respect to the establishment, acquisition, expansion, management, conduct, operation and sale or other disposition of investments in its territory.
Most-favoured-nation Treatment. Each Contracting Party shall in its Area accord to investors of the other Contracting Party and to their investments treatment no less favourable than the treatment it accords in like circumstances to investors of a nonContracting Party and to their investments with respect to investment activities.
Most-favoured-nation Treatment. Each Party shall accord to services and service suppliers of the other Party treatment no less favourable than that it accords, in like circumstances, to the services and service suppliers of a non-Party.
Most-favoured-nation Treatment. 1. Without prejudice to measures taken in accordance with Article VII of the GATS, and except as provided for in its List of MFN Exemptions contained in Annex VIII, a Party shall accord immediately and unconditionally, in respect of all measures affecting the supply of services, to services and service suppliers of another Party treatment no less favourable than the treatment it accords to like services and service suppliers of any non-party.
Most-favoured-nation Treatment. 1. Neither Party shall in its territory subject the investors of the other Party, as regards the establishment, acquisition, expansion, management, enjoyment, maintenance, use or disposal of their investments, to treatment less favourable than that which it accords to the investors and their investments of any third State.
Most-favoured-nation Treatment. With regard to the protection of intellectual property, any advantage, favour, privilege or immunity granted by a Member to the nationals of any other country shall be accorded immediately and unconditionally to the nationals of all other Members. Exempted from this obligation are any advantage, favour, privilege or immunity accorded by a Member:
Most-favoured-nation Treatment. 1. Each of the Contracting Parties shall, in its territory, accord to the investments made and the returns obtained by investors of the other Contracting Party a treament no less favourable than that accorded to investments made and the returns obtained by investors of any third country.
Most-favoured-nation Treatment. 1. Investments made by investors of one Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party will receive treatment which is fair and equitable and not less favourable than that accorded to investments made by investors of any third State.
Most-favoured-nation Treatment. 1. For a Party making commitments in accordance with this Section, it shall, unless otherwise indicated in its Schedule of Non-Conforming Measures in Annex III, accord to services and service suppliers of the other Party treatment no less favourable than it accords to like services and service suppliers of any non-party.
