Most Favored Customer Pricing Clause Examples

The Most Favored Customer Pricing clause ensures that a buyer receives pricing terms that are at least as favorable as those offered by the seller to any other customer. In practice, this means if the seller provides a lower price or better terms to another customer for the same goods or services, the buyer covered by this clause is entitled to those same terms. This clause is primarily used to protect the buyer from being disadvantaged in the marketplace and to guarantee competitive pricing.
