MORTGAGE BOND AND OTHER SUSPENSIVE CONDITIONS. 6.1 This offer is made subject to the suspensive condition that a bank or building society loan/s secured by a mortgage bond or bonds over the property and totalling R which loan/s will be arranged by the Purchaser or the Sellers bond originator, by no later than the (which date is hereinafter termed “the loan approval date”) at prevailing rate of interest and on prevailing conditions imposed by the Financial Institution from which the loan/s is sought. Should it be a condition of the granting of such loan/s that the Purchaser’s spouse is to sign as surety, or pre agreement statement for the minimum specified loan amount be issued by any lender, then this condition will be deemed to have been fulfilled.

  • PAYMENT OF OTHER HOUSING CANCELLATION FEES AND OTHER ASSESSMENTS Except for rental charges, all housing charges, including but not limited to cancellation fees, rekey fees, and any other non-rental housing charge are due and payable when billed.

  • FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER MATERIALS Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall, at its sole cost and expense, furnish all facilities, equipment, and other materials which may be required for performing services pursuant to this Agreement.   • System Protection and Other Control Requirements Developer shall provide, install and test relay protection systems at the Merchant Transmission Facility to interface with those systems installed by Connecting Transmission Owner at the West 49th Street Substation.

  • Award of Construction Contract and Other Future Contracts 6.2.1 A-E is hereby informed that provisions of the Public Contract Code, the Political Reform Act of 1974, other statutes, regulations, and COUNTY policy prohibit, as an impermissible conflict of interest, the award of a contract for the construction of the project(s) on which A-E performed architectural-engineering services under this A-E CONTRACT. A-E is hereby informed that these statutes and regulations could also prohibit the award to A-E of design or other contracts on future phases related to tasks performed by A-E under this CONTRACT. This prohibition applies also to a subcontractor of or parent company of the firm that performed architectural-engineering tasks under this CONTRACT.

  • Non-Discrimination and Other Requirements A. Section 504 applies only to Contractor who are providing services to members of the public. Contractor shall comply with § 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which provides that no otherwise qualified handicapped individual shall, solely by reason of a disability, be excluded from the participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in the performance of this Agreement.
