Common use of Moratorium legislation Clause in Contracts

Moratorium legislation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provisions of all laws operating directly or indirectly to lessen or affect in favour of the Guarantor any obligation under this Deed, or to delay or otherwise prevent or prejudicially affect the exercise of any Power, are expressly waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provisions of all laws operating which at any time operate directly or indirectly to lessen or affect in favour of the Guarantor Obligors any obligation under this Deedany Finance Document, or to delay or otherwise prevent or prejudicially affect the exercise by any Finance Party of any Powerpower or right under any Finance Document or otherwise, are expressly waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by lawLaw, the provisions of all laws operating directly or indirectly Laws which operate to lessen or affect in favour of a party other than the Guarantor State any obligation under this Deed, Lease or to delay or otherwise prevent or prejudicially affect the exercise by the State of any Powerright, power or remedy under this Lease or otherwise, are expressly waived.
