Monthly Xxxx. 8.1.1 The SPO shall raise an invoice on the Consumer based on the meter reading of the Power Supplied and the applicable Tariff for the relevant Calendar Month as determined by the SPO jointly with the representatives of the Consumer ("Monthly Xxxx") and the Consumer shall pay the invoice not later than the 07 days of Date of each invoice (the “Due Date”). For avoidance of doubt, each Monthly Xxxx raised by the SPO shall include Tariff for lost output as provided under Clauses 2.2, 5.11 and 7.1. All amounts due under any Monthly Xxxx shall be paid into the bank account notified by the SPO on or prior to the Due Date.

  • Monthly Base Rent On each Due Date, each Lessee shall pay to the Lessor the Monthly Base Rents that have accrued during the Related Month with respect to all Vehicles that were leased by such Lessee under this Operating Lease on any day during the Related Month;

  • Monthly Fee 2.1 The monthly fee is € . The monthly fee includes value-added tax at the statutory rate, which is currently 19%.   • Monthly Investor Report On each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee will deliver the Monthly Investor Report to each Noteholder of record as of the most recent Record Date (which delivery may be made by e-mail to the e-mail addresses in the Note Register without need for confirmation of receipt or by making the report available to the Noteholders through the Indenture Trustee’s website, which initially is located at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx).

  • Minimum Monthly Rent Tenant shall pay minimum monthly rent (“Minimum Monthly Rent”) in the initial amount stated in Section 1.5, which amount shall be subject to increase as provided in Sections 1.5 and 4.3. Tenant shall pay the Minimum Monthly Rent on or before the first day of each calendar month, in advance, at the office of Landlord or at such other place designated by Landlord, without deduction, offset or prior demand. Upon execution of this Lease, Tenant shall pay the first month’s Minimum Monthly Rent to Landlord.
