Common use of Monthly Term Clause in Contracts

Monthly Term. Service is offered on a month to month basis that begins on the date that Optical Communities activates your Service and ends on the day before the same date in the following month. Subsequent terms of this Agreement automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you give us written notice of non-renewal at least ten (10) days before the end of the monthly term in which the notice is given.
