Monthly Tenancy. If the Lessee with the consent of the Lessor continues to occupy the Premises beyond the Expiration Date (“holding over”) or sooner determination of the Term, such occupation shall be a monthly tenancy terminable by one month’s written notice, at the Rent then payable and otherwise on the same covenants and agreements (so far as applicable to a monthly tenancy) as are expressed or implied in this Lease.
Monthly Tenancy. Subject to prior written notice to Landlord given not later than thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the Lease Term, Tenant may remain in possession of the Premises on a month-to-month basis, for an aggregate period not to exceed six (6) months (the “Monthly Tenancy”). The Monthly Tenancy automatically shall continue on a monthly basis for each successive month following expiration of the Extended Term, and shall terminate on the earlier of (a) the last day of the calendar month designated in Tenant’s written notice to Landlord terminating the Monthly Tenancy, given at least 15 days prior to the designated termination date, and (b) November 30, 2025.
Monthly Tenancy. Should the Lessee with the consent of the Lessor continue to occupy the Premises beyond the expiration of the term of this Lease (otherwise than in terms of the grant of a renewed or new lease) the Lessee shall do so as a monthly tenant only at an monthly rental equal to 1/12th of the Annual Rental and annual Property Expenses payable under this Lease immediately prior to the expiration of the term. Such rental shall be payable monthly in advance with a first payment being due on the day following the date of termination. The tenancy so created shall be determinable by one month’s notice in writing given at any time by either party to the other and otherwise shall be on the same terms as are contained in this Lease with any amendments as may be necessary to make them applicable to a monthly tenancy.

Monthly Tenancy. Without prejudice to the Lessor’s right to possession of the Demised Premises on the expiration or sooner determination of this lease, if the Lessee and/or his agents shall continue in occupation of the Demised Premises after the expiration of the term hereby granted the tenancy shall hereafter be converted to a tenancy from month to month upon the same terms and covenants and conditions as are set forth in this lease so far as are applicable to a monthly tenancy pending determination of negotations for a new term.
Monthly Tenancy. The Tenant will be a monthly Tenant subject to the provisions of this lease if the Landlord allows the Tenant to continue to occupy the Premises after the Termination Date without a further lease being entered into. The monthly tenancy may be terminated by either party giving the other party one month’s written notice.
Monthly Tenancy. If the Tenant shall continue to occupy the premises after the expiration of the term of this lease, with the consent of the Landlord and without any further written agreement, the Tenant shall be a monthly tenant at a monthly rental equal to 120% of the monthly instalments of base rental payable on the last monthly payment date during the term of any renewal thereof, together with additional rent payable hereunder during the term hereby granted or any renewal thereof, such rental to be payable in advance on the first day of each and every month and such monthly tenancy to be on the terms and conditions and subject to all other charges and amounts payable herein set out except as to length of tenancy.
