Monthly Summaries. Within 30 days after the end of each month, a financial summary of the revenues, expenses and cash flows of the Corporation and each Subsidiary for such month, together with a statement of cash balance and headcount as of the end of such month.

Monthly Summaries. Upon County’s issuance of the Notice to Proceed for the construction portion of the Work and continuing until County acceptance of the Work by County execution of a Certificate of Substantial Completion pursuant to Article 15, Developer shall maintain full and correct information as to (i) number of workers employed in connection with each subdivision of the Work, classification of each worker, and rate of pay of each worker in the form of certified payrolls and (ii) the amount of each class of materials used in each subdivision of the Work. Developer shall deliver to County the Monthly Summaries of this information on a form accepted by County days in advance of the first Weekly Progress Meeting of each calendar month.
Monthly Summaries. The CONTRACTOR shall prepare and submit to the PVTA Administrator a monthly summary report within fifteen (15) calendar days after the end of the operating month in order to receive reimbursement for the prior month's service. Monthly summary reports shall include, but not be limited to:  Monthly totals of the operating data, documenting any discrepancies in the reported number of passengers carried and the amount of fares and transfer slips collected by the operator.  Daily operator and dispatcher logs as relevant back-up information to the monthly summary report. CONTRACTOR shall also document operational problems, or passenger complaints and describe any action taken regarding these problems. Passenger complaints related to safety or serious operational deficiencies shall be reported to PVTA no later than the next working day following CONTRACTOR's receipt of complaint.

  • Monthly Statements Each month we will send you a statement showing purchases, cash advances, payments, and credits made to your Account during the billing cycle, as well as your “New Balance”, any Finance Charge and any late charges. Your statement also will identify the minimum monthly payment you must make for that billing period and the date it is due. You agree to retain for statement verification copies of transaction slips resulting from each purchase, each advance, and other transactions on your Account. Unless you notify us of a billing error in accordance with the section entitled “Your Billing Rights”, you accept your monthly statement as an accurate statement of your Account with us.

  • Monthly Statement The Contractor shall submit a statement to the Engineer at the end of each month, in a tabulated form approved by the Engineer, showing the amounts to which the Contractor considers himself to be entitled. The statement shall include the following items, as applicable; - the value of the Permanent Work executed up to the end of previous month - such an amount (not exceeding 75 percent of the value) as the Engineer may consider proper on account of materials for permanent work delivered by the Contractor in the site - such amount as the Engineer may consider fair and reasonable for any Temporary Works for which separate amounts are provided in the Bill of Quantities - adjustments under Clause 70 - any amount to be withheld under retention provisions of Sub-clause 60.3 - any other sum to which the Contractor may be entitled under the Contract If the Engineer disagrees with or cannot verify any part of the statement, the Contractor shall submit such further information as the Engineer may reasonably require and shall make such changes and corrections in the statement as may be directed by the Engineer. In cases where there is difference in opinion as to the value of any item, the Engineer’s view shall prevail.

  • Monthly Reports On or before the 15th day after the end of each month during the term of this Management Agreement, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner the following reports and statements:

  • Monthly Not later than the 20th calendar day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the next succeeding Business Day) of each calendar month (other than the calendar months in which a Payment Date occurs) and commencing in May 2020, the Issuer shall compile and make available (or cause to be compiled and made available) to the Rating Agency, the Trustee, the Collateral Manager, the Initial Purchaser and each other Holder shown on the Register and any beneficial owner of a Note who has delivered a Beneficial Ownership Certificate to the Trustee a monthly report on a settlement date basis (except as otherwise expressly provided in this Indenture) (each such report a “Monthly Report”).   • Monthly Report A. A Monthly Report shall be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation. Each Monthly Report shall be signed, dated, and certified by Concessionaire, Concessionaire’s Bookkeeper, or Accountant, and contain a Statement of Total Gross Receipts, excluding New Jersey State Sales Tax, derived by Concessionaire from operation of the Concession during the previous month. Each Monthly Report shall be based on the daily “Z” tapes or Point-of-Service (POS) device equivalent for that same month showing each day’s sales activity. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to provide the Monthly Report, when due, shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10. Concessionaire shall provide Department with any additional written clarification and/or information necessary to confirm the accuracy of any or all of Concessionaire’s Monthly Reports.

  • Status Reports DSI will issue to Depositor and Preferred Beneficiary a report profiling the account history at least semi-annually. DSI may provide copies of the account history pertaining to this Agreement upon the request of any party to this Agreement.

  • Quarterly Statements As soon as available and in any event within 45 days after the end of each quarterly fiscal period (except the last) of each fiscal year, copies of:
