Monthly Progress and Financial Reports. The Grantee will provide monthly progress and financial reports by email (or other method allowed by the Authority, if email is not available) to the Authority Project Manager. These reports are due starting the first full month after the execution of this Agreement. This report must update the Authority on the project’s progress, regulatory and compliance issues, possible delays, and grant expenditures during the month. These Monthly Progress Reports, which are due within 30 days of the end of the previous month, must summarize, in one or two pages, the progress made on grant tasks during the month and identify any difficulties in completing tasks or meeting goals or deadlines. The Grantee must also include with the report copies of any work products due to the Authority during this period. Reports are considered late five (5) days after the due date. No further payments will be made without submission and approval of required reports. Work completed after the twenty-day period when required reports have not been submitted is at the Grantee’s risk, and costs incurred may be disallowed. Repeated failure to submit reports in a timely manner could result in suspension or termination of the grant. All reports and deliverables required in this agreement must have been submitted and approved by the Authority prior to the final payment being released.
