Monthly Planned Operating Schedule. (a) Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, fifteen (15) days before the beginning of each month, Seller or Seller’s designee shall provide, or cause to be provided to Anaheim, a non-binding Forecast of the expected average deliveries of electric energy from the Generating Facility during each hour (or shorter period) of each day for such month.
