Monthly Operating Reports. On September 15, 2017 and thereafter on the 15th day of each calendar month (i) a 13-week cash flow forecast, including a roll-forward of receivables and payables; (ii) a work-in-progress report with respect to each contract with a value in excess of $200,000,000 (or, if greater, at least 80% coverage of backlog); provided that such report must also include such information in respect of all projects that have cost plus profit in excess of xxxxxxxx balances in excess of $20,000,000; (iii) a report on (A) new contracts awarded with individual values in excess of $20,000,000 and (B) the new contract awards pipeline with respect to contracts with an individual value in excess of $20,000,000, in each case, including estimated letter of credit and bonding requirements for such contracts (iv) a progress report on the implementation of cost reduction measures by the Company; and (v) integrated financial projections for the period from such date of delivery to October 31, 2018 including cash flow projections on all projects with a contract price of $300,000,000 or more, in each case, in form and detail reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Monthly Operating Reports. Beginning with the first Operating Month (as hereinafter defined), not later than thirty (30) days after the last day of each such calendar month, operating statements for each Eligible Project for such month, including an income and expense statement for such period and census and billing reports with respect to each Eligible Project then operating for such period;
Monthly Operating Reports. Substantially concurrently with the filing thereof with the Bankruptcy Court, the monthly operating report of the Debtors required to be filed with the Bankruptcy Court.

Golf Manager shall provide to Hotel Manager and Owner a reasonably detailed monthly operating report, based on information available to Golf Manager, that reflects operational results of the Golf Facilities for each month of the calendar year (the “Monthly Operating Report”). Golf Manager shall provide the Monthly Operating Report within the time-frames requested by Hotel Manager and Owner to enable Hotel Manager to prepare its monthly reports for the whole Resort promptly upon the conclusion of each month of the calendar year, and in all events within the time-frames required to satisfy Hotel Manager’s obligations to Owner under the Resort Management Agreement (provided that Hotel Manager apprises Golf Manager of the relevant deadlines). The Monthly Operating Report shall utilize a format reasonably designated by Hotel Manager and using a medium designated by Hotel Manager, which may include electronic transmission in an approved electronic format. To the extent not provided in the ordinary course of business, Golf Manager shall also provide all necessary information to enable Hotel Manager and Owner to prepare its annual reports and to enable the Resort’s accountants to prepare audited financial statements, with such material to be provided in a format and using a medium designated by Hotel Manager. Golf Manager shall advise Hotel Manager of variances that have occurred and that are anticipated to occur between the applicable Golf Facilities Annual Plan and actual results by giving Hotel Manager a monthly and year to date variance report (along with the information mentioned above).
Monthly Operating Reports. As soon as practicable, and in any event within 30 days after the end of each month, Multicare, on behalf of the Borrowers, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, the Issuer and each Lender, the following operating data for the Borrowers: a census, census mix, total accounts payable and accounts receivable as of the end of such month, and net free cash flow as of the end of such month, all of which shall be in form acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Monthly Operating Reports. Seller shall prepare the Monthly Operating Reports as of the last day of each calendar month consistent with Seller's current practices, and Seller shall deliver the Monthly Operating Report for each calendar month to Purchaser on or about fifteen (15) days following the last day of each calendar month.
Monthly Operating Reports. By the thirtieth (30th) day of each month, Manager shall prepare and deliver to Owner on an Asset specific and consolidated basis a monthly unaudited financial and operating report detailing the operations of the Assets and providing the information set forth in Attachment 2. At Owner’s request, such information shall also be provided to Owner in an electronic format agreed to by Owner and Manager.
Monthly Operating Reports. As soon as practicable and in any event within thirty (30) days after the end of each month, a copy of the monthly Production Report with respect to the Production at the Kensington Mine, the Rochester Mine, the Palmarejo Mine and the San Bartolomé Mine.
