Monthly Meeting. The Contractor must: meet monthly (or at such other times as the Contract Administrator may require) with the Contract Administrator and any other persons whom the Contract Administrator nominates; discuss the report it has prepared under clause 3.10 and such other matters as the Contract Administrator may from time to time require; promptly and fully respond to any questions which the Contract Administrator asks in relation to any report; and if it requires instructions from the Commonwealth, make all necessary recommendations with respect to the instructions required. The Contract Administrator must: before each meeting: prepare an agenda for the meeting; and issue an agenda for the meeting; and after each meeting: prepare minutes of the meeting; and issue minutes of the meeting.
Monthly Meeting. If required by the State, and on reasonable advance notice, the Contractor shall attend a meeting(s) in person in Illinois or by telephone, video or other electronic conference in order to discuss the Services and such other matters as the State or Camelot deems appropriate.

Monthly Meeting. The Hospital and the Union agree that the Hospital shall provide sufficient meeting space to allow the Local Union to hold its monthly membership meetings on the Hospital premises.

During the term of this Agreement, MANAGER shall meet at least once every month with Directors designee, or more frequently if required by Director, to review and where applicable to resolve issues related to: (1) the status of the currently approved annual budget and Authorized Expense Limit, compared to actual expenses and revenue, and funds management; (2) budget and other planning activities, fee changes, etc.; (3) maintenance and operational issues; (4) construction and flood control issues; and (5) other issues of concern to MANAGER and DISTRICT.

Monthly Meeting. The Company's executive management will meet monthly with two union representatives to discuss matters of concern relevant to the Company and the Union. The Company need not disclose any information it considers confidential.
