Monthly License Fee. Owner shall pay Port in advance, on or before the first day of each month, the monthly license fee set forth above. See also the Clover Island Marina Rate Schedule. All payments shall be made payable to Port and delivered to the Port’s address, or at such other address as Port may hereafter designate. Payments by check or cash only. Credit/debit cards are not accepted at this time.
Monthly License Fee. Firm agrees to pay NNRMLS Fifteen dollars ($15) per month, as consideration for the license granted herein. The monthly license fee will be billed to the Firm’s BRS Association account. Firm agrees to make payment in accordance with current Association policies on payment of financial obligations. If this Agreement is renewed beyond the initial term, as set forth below, Firm acknowledges and agrees that NNRMLS may modify the monthly license fee.
Monthly License Fee. The Monthly License fee is the greater of (1) $25,000 or (2) the product of (a) the number of Trips conducted by Licensee’s TNC Vehicles in one calendar month and (b) the Per Trip Fee then in effect. The Monthly License Fee shall be accompanied by a full reporting of Licensee’s operation for the payment period, as provided in Section 7, herein.
Monthly License Fee. As consideration for the License granted herein, Licensee shall pay to the City a License Fee during the term of the License as follows:
Monthly License Fee. For each month during the Term of this Agreement, Licensee shall pay to Licensor, in advance on or before the first day of each calendar month, the License Fee in the amount set forth in Section 1(g) of the Specific Provisions in lawful money of the United States of America. The Licensee fee for any partial month shall be prorated accordingly. For so long as the Loan remains outstanding, Licensor may, at its election, credit or setoff the Licensee Fee (and the general excise taxes payable with respect thereto) against any outstanding principal or interest owed under the terms of the Note even if such principal or interest is not yet due and payable under the terms of the Note.
Monthly License Fee. As consideration for the license granted hereunder, Licensee shall make non-refundable cash payments in the amounts and in accordance with the schedule set forth in Exhibit D (the “Monthly License Fee”) to Licensor. Licensee shall pay the Monthly License Fee no later than the last Business Day prior to the end of the applicable calendar month (except for the initial Monthly License Fee, which shall be paid within three (3) Business Days of the Effective Date). The maximum aggregate amount payable by Licensee pursuant to this Section 7.1 is Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000). For clarity, (i) following the Initial Term, no further Monthly License Fee shall be payable by Licensee and (ii) a breach of this Section 7.1 shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement for which the remedies of Section 13.2(b) (Termination for Material Breach) shall be available to Licensor.
Monthly License Fee. For each month during the term of this Agreement, Axiologix will pay to Edumedia a monthly license fee (the “Monthly License Fee”) equal to 50% of all revenue from sales of the Software and Services actually collected by Axiologix during such month.
Monthly License Fee. The initial monthly license fee shall be $92.38 per month. The monthly license fee may be changed by Licensor on not less than forty-five (45) days’ prior written notice to Licensee at the address above. Licensee must pay Licensor the monthly license fee and any Sales Taxes in advance with good funds on or before the first day of each calendar month under this License. Licensee shall pay to Licensor any tax or excise on rents, or other tax however described, levied or assessed against Licensor by any lawful taxing authority on account of Licensor's interest in this License on account of the rents or other charges reserved hereunder (as such charges may increase or decrease from time to time, collectively “Sales Taxes”).
Monthly License Fee. The Monthly License Fee shall be adjusted annually to include a Consumer Price Index increase as defined herein of no less than three percent (3%) and no greater than five percent (5%) as of each successive anniversary of the Commencement Date for the remainder of the Term. The terms "Consumer Price Index" or "CPI" shall mean the percentage increase in the cost of living index as measured by the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, All Items - Los Angeles - Anaheim - Riverside, Orange County, California, published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the United States Department of Labor (1982-1984 = 100). In the event the CPI shall hereafter be converted to a different standard reference base or otherwise revised, such conversion factor, formula or table for converting the CPI as may be published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics shall be used, or if the Bureau of Labor Statistics shall not publish the same, then such conversion factor, formula or table selected by the City that may be published by any other nationally recognized publisher of similar statistical information shall be used. The City shall, as promptly as practicable after the beginning of each such License Year, give notice to Licensee of the annual adjustment, if any, in the Monthly License Fee payable for such License Year as determined by the City. The City's computation thereof shall be conclusive and binding (except for mathematical error), but shall not preclude any further adjustment which may be required. Until receipt of City's notice, Licensee shall pay monthly installments of Monthly License Fee at the rate applicable to the immediately preceding License Year. If at the time of the City's notice the total of the monthly installments of Monthly License Fee actually paid by Licensee with respect to the elapsed portion of the current License Year is less than the amount of Monthly License Fee required to be paid for such period as indicated in the City's notice, Licensee shall immediately pay to the City the amount of the deficiency.
Monthly License Fee. Licensee shall pay GHMB the Monthly License Fee on or before the first day of each month. All payments must be made using an electronic payment method as set forth in Section 5. If requested an email receipt will be sent. If the Commencement Date is other than the first day of the month, the Monthly License Fee shall be prorated for the initial month. GHMB may revise the Monthly License Fee effective on the first day of any month upon not less than 30 days’ advance written notice to Licensee. In most cases, GHMB measures Licensee’s Vessel after it arrives at the Marina and adjusts the Monthly License Fee based on the overall length of the Vessel.
