Monthly Invoices. Seller shall invoice Customer monthly, and Customer shall pay Seller by direct funds transfer via ACH or check. Such monthly invoices shall state: (i) the Energy delivered to the Delivery Point, (ii) the rates applicable to, and charges incurred by, Customer under this Agreement, and (iii) the total amount due from Customer.
