Common use of Monthly Inspections Clause in Contracts

Monthly Inspections. Housing & Residence Life is entitled to inspect your Room on a monthly basis, or at such other frequency as deemed necessary by Housing & Residence Life. Except for situations of emergency, as determined in the absolute discretion of the Housing & Residence Life, Housing & Residence Life shall provide You with at least 24 hours’ written notice of such inspection. If it is determined upon inspection that the Room, Shared Areas or Common Areas require cleaning, You will be required to clean such area within a 72 hour period. If the required cleaning is not performed to the satisfaction of Housing & Residence Life, Housing & Residence Life reserves the right to clean the area and charge the Resident(s) for all reasonable expenses.
