Monthly Forecasts. Commencing on the Effective Date, the Vendor will provide the Owner with monthly forecasts of the costs of RF Engineering and Facilities Preparation Services in each PCS System and PCS Sub-System in which such Services are being provided by the Vendor and/or any of its Subcontractors throughout the period that any such Services are being provided during the Term of this Contract. The forecasts provided by the Vendor pursuant to this subsection 6.5 must be in sufficient detail to reasonably inform the Owner of the nature of the costs to be incurred for each of RF Engineering and Facilities Preparation Services in each of the PCS Systems and/or any PCS Sub-Systems in which such Services are being provided by the Vendor and/or any of its Subcontractors pursuant to the terms of this Contract.

Monthly Forecasts. During the Term, Toyama shall provide to Cempra a projection for the next succeeding [*] calendar months of the anticipated volumes of Supplied Compound constituting Commercial Use API, or any Supplied Compound for use in the Territory other than Development Use API, to be ordered by [*] Confidential treatment requested; certain information omitted and filed separately with the SEC. Toyama pursuant to, in each case, Section 2.4(d) below (each, a “Non-binding Forecast”). Toyama shall provide Cempra with written notice of such rolling projections on the first day of each month during the Term of this Agreement. Cempra shall notify Toyama in writing within ten (10) Business Days of receipt of any Non-binding Forecast if the quantities of Supplied Compound indicated therein by Toyama exceed Cempra’s (or its contractors’) production capacity.

Monthly Forecasts. 7.03.01 On the 20th day of each month (or on the last preceding business day prior to the 20th day if the 20th day is on a weekend or holiday), TI shall issue to Amkor a forecast (the "Forecast") of the monthly quantity of wafer starts by technology node (e.g., C10, C07, non-copper C05) and process flow (e.g., 33c10x4L) to be purchased by TI from Amkor during the next twelve months. The first three months included in each Forecast shall be deemed fixed as to the quantity of wafer starts and the related technology nodes. Accordingly, the quantities of wafer starts and technology nodes specified for the first and second months of each Forecast shall be the same as the quantities of wafer starts and technology nodes specified for the second and third months of the immediately preceding Forecast.
