Monthly Flat Fee. The Concessionaire will pay the Department a fee of $ each month (“Monthly Flat Fee”). The Concessionaire will also pay the applicable State Use Tax, (a percentage of the amount paid to the Department, equal to the sum of the state sales tax and applicable county discretionary sales tax percentages). The Department will adjust the Monthly Flat Fee during any Month in which: (a) the Park is closed, or (b) other Force Majeure Event (defined below) prevents Concessionaire from conducting its operations; in which event the Minimum Guarantee for the effected month will be reduced by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days such events prevent Concessionaire from conducting its operations in the Park and the denominator of which is the number of days in the month. Monthly Flat Fee. Attorney will provide to Client educational content and template documents (in the form of video and pdf or Microsoft Word downloads that Client can access electronically), intended to assist Client in those aspects of the Matter in which Client is representing him or herself. For instance, if Client is preparing Client's own financial statement, Attorney will provide educational content that will assist the Client in understanding how to properly prepare the financial statement. Client will also have unlimited email access to Attorney and access to a monthly private 20-minute video conference with Attorney. Client will pay for the foregoing via a monthly flat fee of $425 paid on the 1st day of each thirty-day period during which Client retains Attorney under this Agreement. Client agrees to provide credit card information to Attorney and Client further agrees that credit card will be charged every thirty days for as long as this Agreement is in effect.

Client will pay for the foregoing via a monthly flat fee of $295 paid on the 1st day of each thirty-day period during which Client retains Attorney under this Agreement. Client agrees to provide credit card information to Attorney and Client further agrees that credit card will be charged every thirty days for as long as this Agreement is in effect.

  • Monthly Fee 2.1 The monthly fee is € . The monthly fee includes value-added tax at the statutory rate, which is currently 19%. Alternatively, the Distributor may, at its sole option, make the following service fee payments to any Recipient, within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter or at such other interval as deemed appropriate by the Distributor: (i) “Advance Service Fee Payments” at a rate not to exceed 0.25% of the average during the calendar quarter or other period of the aggregate net asset value of Shares, computed as of the close of business on the day such Shares are sold, constituting Qualified Holdings, sold by the Recipient during that period and owned beneficially or of record by the Recipient or by its Customers, plus (ii) service fee payments at a rate not to exceed 0.25% on an annual basis of the average during the period of the aggregate net asset value of Shares, computed as of the close of each business day, constituting Qualified Holdings owned beneficially or of record by the Recipient or by its Customers for a period of more than one (1) year. In the event Shares are redeemed less than one year after the date such Shares were sold, the Recipient is obligated to and will repay the Distributor on demand a pro rata portion of such Advance Service Fee Payments, based on the ratio of the time such Shares were held to one (1) year. The administrative support services to be rendered by Recipients in connection with the Accounts may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: answering routine inquiries concerning the Fund, assisting in the establishment and maintenance of accounts or sub-accounts in the Fund and processing Share redemption transactions, making the Fund’s investment plans and dividend payment options available, and providing such other information and services in connection with the rendering of personal services and/or the maintenance of Accounts, as the Distributor or the Fund may reasonably request.

  • Annual Fee As compensation for its activities hereunder, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall be entitled to receive an annual fee (the “Annual Fee”) with respect to each Annual Period prior to the termination of the Issuer, in an amount equal to $5,000.

  • Basic Fee The basic fee for a Fund (the "Basic Fee") for any period shall equal: (i) the Fund's average net assets during such period, multiplied by (ii) the annual rate identified for such Fund on Schedule B-1 hereto, multiplied by (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of calendar days in the payment period and the denominator of which is 365 (366 in leap years).

  • Monthly Billing The electric service charge shall be computed in accordance with the monthly billing in the applicable standard service tariff. Customers receiving electric service under residential and small nonresidential schedules 1, 2, 3, 15, 23 or 23B shall be financially credited for such net energy with a cumulative kilowatt-hour credit. The credit will be deducted from the customer’s kilowatt-hour usage on the customer’s next monthly bill thus offsetting the customer’s next monthly bill at the full retail rate of the customer’s rate schedule. Customers receiving electric service under large nonresidential schedules 6, 6A, 6B, 8 or 10 must elect a compensation method to receive cumulative credits for the upcoming annualized billing period from one of the following options (large nonresidential customers must initial desired credit election): an average energy price, a seasonally differentiated energy price, or an average retail rate.
