Common use of Monthly Fee Clause in Contracts

Monthly Fee. In consideration of the services provided by Service Provider, WMTC shall pay to the Service Provider US$6,900 per month plus reimbursable out of pocket expense - both being subject to Goods and Services Tax in Canada (“GST”), with the monthly fee amount prorated for any partial month of service. Payments hereunder shall be made on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the calendar month following the month in which such services were provided.

Monthly Fee. Payments hereunder shall be made against invoice on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the calendar month following the month in which such services were provided.

Monthly Fee. In consideration of the services provided by Service Provider, WMTC shall pay to the Service Provider US$C$6,900 per month plus reimbursable out of pocket expense - both being subject to Goods and Services Harmonized Sales Tax in Canada (“GST”)Canada, with the monthly fee amount prorated for any partial month of service. Payments hereunder shall be made on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the calendar month following the month in which such services were provided.

Monthly Fee. In consideration of the services provided by Service Provider, WMTC shall pay to the Service Provider PVM US$6,900 8,000 per month plus reimbursable out of pocket expense - — both being subject to Goods and Services Tax in Canada (“GST”), with the monthly fee amount prorated pro rated for any partial month of service. Payments hereunder shall be made on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the calendar month following the month in which such services were provided.

Monthly Fee. In consideration of the services provided by Service ProviderProvider beginning as of the Effective Date, WMTC shall pay to the Service Provider US$6,900 12,000 per month plus reimbursable out of pocket expense - expense, both being subject to Goods and Services Tax in Canada (“GST”), with the monthly fee amount prorated for any partial month of service. Payments hereunder shall be made on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the calendar month following the month in which such services were provided.
