Monthly Consulting Fee. During the Term, the Company shall pay to the Consultant a monthly consulting fee of $6,875.00 per month.
Monthly Consulting Fee. During the Term, Parent shall pay to the Consultant a monthly consulting fee at a rate of $100,000 per month.
Monthly Consulting Fee. During the Term of this Agreement and in consideration for the Consultant performing the Services, the High Times Group agrees to compensate the Consultant for such Services rendered hereunder by the payment in cash to the Consultant of a consulting fee, payable in advance on the first day of the month commencing immediately following the Commencement Date (the “Monthly Consulting Fee”) which shall be equal to Thirty Five Thousand ($35,000) Dollars per month. Notwithstanding the foregoing, at the option of the Consultant (by written notice given to the Company on or before January 1st of any one or more calendar year commencing in 2018 (each, an “Anniversary Year”) all or any portion of the Monthly Consulting Fee may be deferred and paid, in the form of shares of Company common stock (the “Share Purchase Option”). Such Share Purchase Option shall entitle the Consultant or its Affiliates to purchase additional shares of Company common stock at a per share purchase price equal to 100% of the closing price of High Times common stock, as traded on a Qualified Stock Exchange as at December 31 of the Anniversary Year in question.
Monthly Consulting Fee. Commencing on the Effective Date, as compensation for the Services, PIH shall pay 1347 Advisors a monthly consulting fee consisting of one percent (1%) of Gross Written Premium (as hereinafter defined) recorded by PIH for the preceding month (the “Consulting Fee”), payable by the 29th day of the following month. Gross Written Premium shall be defined as:
Monthly Consulting Fee. As consideration for the Services rendered pursuant to this Agreement and for the assignment of certain of Consultant’s right, tile and interest pursuant hereto during the Term of the Agreement, Consultant will be paid a monthly consulting fee of $8,000 for each calendar month during the Term of this Agreement beginning on March 1, 2023 (the “Monthly Consulting Fee”). Any undisputed Monthly Consulting Fee will be paid on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days following Client’s receipt of Consultant’s invoice (as described below). If the Agreement is terminated prior to the conclusion of any calendar month, the Monthly Consulting Fee shall be prorated based on the number of days this Agreement was in effect for such partial calendar month. For Services rendered in February 2023, Consultant will be paid a pro-rated portion of the Monthly Consulting Fee based on the number of days this Agreement was in effect for such month.
Monthly Consulting Fee. Commencing on the Effective Date, as compensation for the Services, UIM shall pay 1347 Advisors a monthly consulting fee of $60,000 (the "Consulting Fee"), payable in advance on the 29th day of each month. To the extent required for United to comply with the requirements of applicable law, including federal securities laws, 1347 Advisors shall disclose to the Board the amount of remuneration paid to (i) the Executive for serving as Interim CFO and (ii) any other person providing services to United pursuant to this Agreement.
Monthly Consulting Fee. During the term of this Agreement, Starbucks shall pay Consultant a consulting fee of $25,000 per month. Such fees will be prorated for any partial periods. The monthly consulting fee shall be paid to Consultant within ten (10) days after the last day of each month.
Monthly Consulting Fee. The Company agrees to pay the Consultant a consulting fee in the amount of three thousand dollars ($3,000) monthly commencing as of the Effective Date, without deduction, and shall furnish Consultant with a form 1099. The consulting fee will be reviewed by the Compensation Committee of the Company on an annual basis. Such amounts accrued between the Effective Date and the date of mutual execution of this Agreement shall be payable on the date of this Agreement first above written and on the same date of each month thereafter during the term of this Agreement.
Monthly Consulting Fee. Cosi shall pay to Xx. Xxxxxxx, effective as of the Effective Date, a monthly consulting fee in the gross amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000), payable in two equal installments on the 1st and 15th of each month during his engagement, pro rated for any partial month (based on a 30-day month).
Monthly Consulting Fee. In addition to the foregoing $50,000 payment and grant of the Option, for his Services hereunder the SAB Member shall be entitled to a total monthly payment from the Companies of $6,667 for each month during the Term, payable monthly in arrears, which will increase to $7,500 per month upon Commercialization, a Strategic Alliance or a Sale.
