Monthly Base Fee. The monthly base fee will be $125 per CUSIP. The base fee is in addition to the other fees and expenses set forth herein.
Monthly Base Fee. A Monthly Base Fee equal to $150,000 shall be payable by GFL to the Servicer in arrears on each Payment Date during the Term of this Agreement; provided, however, that in the event that any Aircraft (other than any Former Aircraft Asset) shall become an Aircraft Asset after the Closing Date other than pursuant to the Asset Purchase Agreement, then the Monthly Base Fee will be increased by an additional amount equal to 0.01% of the Base Value of such additional Aircraft Asset on the date it becomes an Aircraft Asset to reflect the addition of such Aircraft.

Monthly Base Fee. It is understood hereby that the Manager shall render the General Services as defined hereinabove as and when required by the Board of Directors of the Company during the Initial Term and during the continuance of this Agreement and shall thus be compensated on a monthly basis from the Effective Date of this Agreement to the termination of the same by way of the payment by the Company to the Manager, or to the further order or direction of the Manager as the Manager may determine, in the Manager's sole and absolute discretion, and advise the Company of prior to such payment, of a monthly fee of Cdn. $7,500 (the "Monthly Fee") together with a monthly vehicle allowance of Cdn. $1,000 (the "Vehicle Allowance") (the Monthly Fee and the Vehicle Allowance being, collectively, the "Monthly Base Fee"), with such Monthly Base Fee being due and payable by the Company to the Manager, or to the further order or direction of the Manager as the Manager may determine, in the Manager's sole and absolute discretion, and advise the Company of prior to such payment, on the final Friday of the final week of each month during the Initial Term.

It is understood hereby that the Supervisor shall render the General Services as defined hereinabove as and when required by the Board of Directors of the Company during the Initial Term and during the continuance of this Agreement and shall thus be compensated on a monthly basis from the Effective Date of this Agreement to the termination of the same by way of the payment by the Company to the Supervisor, or to the further order or direction of the Supervisor as the Supervisor may determine, in the Supervisor's sole and absolute discretion, and advise the Company of prior to such payment, of a monthly fee of Cdn. $6,000 (the "Monthly Fee") together with a monthly vehicle allowance of Cdn. $1,000 (the "Vehicle Allowance") (the Monthly Fee and the Vehicle Allowance being, collectively, the "Monthly Base Fee"), with such Monthly Base Fee being due and payable by the Company to the Supervisor, or to the further order or direction of the Supervisor as the Supervisor may determine, in the Supervisor's sole and absolute discretion, and advise the Company of prior to such payment, on the final Friday of the final week of each month during the Initial Term.
Monthly Base Fee. A Monthly Base Fee equal to 0.01% of the purchase price of each Aircraft Asset, as of the date it becomes a Aircraft Asset, shall be payable by GAL to the Servicer in arrears on each Payment Date during the Term of this Agreement on which such Aircraft Asset is subject hereto.

It is understood hereby that the Administrator shall render the General Services as defined hereinabove as and when required by the Board of Directors of the Company during the Initial Term and during the continuance of this Agreement and shall thus be compensated on a monthly basis from the Effective Date of this Agreement to the termination of the same by way of the payment by the Company to the Administrator, or to the further order or direction of the Administrator as the Administrator may determine, in the Administrator's sole and absolute discretion, and advise the Company of prior to such payment, of a monthly fee of Cdn. $6,000 (the "Monthly Fee") together with a monthly vehicle allowance of Cdn. $1,000 (the "Vehicle Allowance") (the Monthly Fee and the Vehicle Allowance being, collectively, the "Monthly Base Fee"), with such Monthly Base Fee being due and payable by the Company to the Administrator, or to the further order or direction of the Administrator as the Administrator may determine, in the Administrator's sole and absolute discretion, and advise the Company of prior to such payment, on the final Friday of the final week of each month during the Initial Term.
Monthly Base Fee. The services associated with the Monthly Base Fee are limited to the scope of the services described in Sections 1.1(e) and 1.4 of this Schedule A. Any updates to the scope agreed among Sellers and ReadyCap will require adjustments to the Monthly Base Fee, as agreed among Sellers and ReadyCap. For any month (or part thereof) during the Co-location Period, the Monthly Base Fee will be $65,000. Beginning on the first day of the first month following the end of the Co-location Period, the Monthly Base Fee will be reduced to $38,000. The Monthly Base Fee is payable during each month of the Transition Services Term or until all Transition Services have been terminated in accordance with Article IV of this Transition Services Agreement. After any such termination, no Services may be reinstated.
Monthly Base Fee. A Monthly Base Fee equal to 0.01% of the purchase price of each MSA Aircraft Asset , as of the date it becomes a MSA Aircraft Asset, shall be payable by Genesis to the Servicer in arrears on each Payment Date during the Term of this Agreement on which there are any MSA Aircraft Assets subject hereto.
Monthly Base Fee. A Monthly Base Fee equal to $150,000 shall be payable by AFT to the Servicer in arrears on each Payment Date during the Term of this Agreement; provided, however, that in the event that any Aircraft (other than any Former Aircraft Asset) shall become an Aircraft Asset after the Closing Date other than pursuant to the Asset Purchase Agreement, then the Monthly Base Fee will be increased to reflect the addition of such Aircraft, and the amount of such increase will be negotiated in good faith by AFT and the Servicer.
