Month Work Year. The basic ten (10) month work year shall include one hundred eighty-four (184) guaranteed duty days, within the school calendar, as assigned, and shall be paid biweekly for time worked.

Month Work Year. 20.5 The work year of a full-time ten (10) month employee shall be the number of fiscal year workdays within the assigned ten (10) months. Such employees shall be available for scheduled assignments on fiscal year workdays or on any day of the week in lieu thereof within the assigned ten (10) months. The appropriate administrator shall determine the ten (10) months of an employee's work schedule.
Month Work Year. The work year for ten (10) month secretaries shall consist of one hundred and ninety-five (195) work days beginning not earlier than four (4) work days prior to the first teacher work day and ending not later than seven (7) work days after the last teacher work day.

The work year for 10-month employees shall be a minimum of 180 work days, which shall be based on student attendance days. If 10-month hourly employees are required to work more than 180 days, they will be paid for such days. If any covered employee is required to attend a superintendent’s or other training day, they shall be paid for such attendance. If circumstances result in fewer than 180 student attendance days, the 10-month employees shall have no reduction in pay of the 180-day work year. It is understood that delayed openings and early dismissals due to weather or other emergency conditions will not result in deductions from compensation.

  • Basic Work Year The regular work year shall be prescribed by the School District each year for regular employees.

  • Construction Period During the construction period, Redeveloper agrees to keep the construction area, including completed operations insured against loss or damage by fire, and such other risks, casualties, and hazards as are customarily covered by builders’ risk or extended coverage policies in an amount not less than the replacement value but allowing for reasonable coinsurance clauses and deductibles. In the event of any insured damage or destruction, Redeveloper agrees to use its good faith efforts to commence restoration of the Private Improvements to its prior condition within nine (9) months from the date of the damage or destruction, and shall diligently pursue the same to completion.

  • Work Day/Work Week 1. The work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive days Monday through Friday of no more than eight (8) hours per day and no more than forty (40) hours per work week. This shall not restrict the extension of the employee’s usual and customary workday or workweek when such is necessary to carry on the business of the School District. Employees who actually work more than forty (40) hours per week will receive overtime pay (time-and-a-half).

  • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.
