Month-to-Month Term and Renewal. This Rental Agreement for the lease of an outdoor, uncovered, non-segregated vehicle Rented Space, (the “Rented Space”) from GRSS LLC, an Indiana Limited Liability Company, dba Lighthouse Storage – Evansville, (hereinafter “Owner”), at Lighthouse Storage (the “Facility”) for an initial term listed above as “Term” and shall automatically renew for successive one month periods on the First day of each month hereafter unless terminated as provided for in Provisions 4, 20, and 21. Owner may increase Rent or other fees and charges for the Rented Space or terminate the Rental Agreement with thirty (30) days advance written notice to Renter. A one (1) full calendar month minimum term is required.

Month-to-Month Term and Renewal. This Rental Agreement for the lease of a self-service storage space (the Leased Space) from IREM, LLC, as Managing Agent for the Owner Canal Road Partners, LP, Moove In Self Storage-Canal, LLC, Moove In Self Storage-Bull or Moove In Self Storage-Pennsylvania, LLC, XXXXXXXXX.XXXX, Limited Liability Companies, as indicated in the Terms and Conditions Section of this Rental Agreement (hereinafter Owner), at Moove In Self Storage (the Facility) shall be on a month-to-month basis and shall automatically renew for successive one month periods on the First day of each month hereafter unless terminated as provided for in Provisions 9, 28, & 29.

If Owner has cut Xxxxxx's lock for inspection or inventory and Renter pays his/her rent and other charges in full, Owner reserves the right not to remove its overlock until the Renter meets Owner's representative at the Rented Space to place Xxxxxx's new lock on Rented Space. Owner shall not be liable to Renter if any of the payment services listed above are unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Owner's control. No partial payment(s) may be made via the web site, Kiosk, over the phone, or by USPS. If partial payment is inadvertently taken, it shall be deemed a void and rejected transaction and the partial payment shall be refunded even if the Renter receives a receipt for payment. If Renter makes payment after normal Corporate Office hours, Owner shall remove its boot, chain or other deactivation devices the next business day and shall not be liable to Renter for inability to move/access the Vehicle after payment, before the next business day.
